DELAYS DURING COVID-19

Australian courier services are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so please allow up to 3 additional business days for your order to arrive.

The World Health Organisation has confirmed that the virus does not survive long on objects like bottles and packages. Happy Hours ensures a high standard of hygiene and social distancing when producing and packing your orders. Thank you for your patience and support.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is calculated per order at checkout. All orders are sent from our Sydney Warehouse. Shipping time frames are generally quick to major capital cities. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day). Please specify if you would like a signature on delivery by checking the appropriate box.  Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-6 business days of placing the order – We cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels once they leave our warehouse.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. All payments are secure.

What if I would like a refund?

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason.  Please send the products to PO BOX 68 Cronulla 2230 and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.We do not cover return shipping costs.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on sale or promotional items.

Happy Hours will refund/exchange any defective or damaged products.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately at hello@happyhoursskin.com and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping cost.

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else. Please send the products to PO BOX 68 Cronulla 2230 and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.

What is the process for returns/exchanges?

Please pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the product/s were mailed to you in).

Please include your name, email address, order number and a note about why you are returning/exchanging. Send to PO BOX 68 Cronulla 2230.

As we will have your email regarding the information for your refund/exchange, Happy Hours will match this to the delivery and promptly action the request.
